This prize draw is open to all users of this website who are New Zealand residents and who satisfy the terms of this competition at the time the prize scheduled to be drawn.
No employees of the New Zealand AIDS Foundation are eligible for this prize.
Two entries per person are allowed. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The New Zealand AIDS Foundation may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the New Zealand AIDS Foundation is satisfied with the verification.
All New Zealand AIDS Foundation volunteers and members are eligible for this prize except where the NZAF member is also an employee.
To enter, you need to sign up to either or both of the Get it On e-Newsletter and/or Get it On TXT Alerts. You will recieve one entry for signing up to receive emails and one entry for opting in to receive TXT Alerts. There are two ways of opting in to receive Ge it On TXT Alerts, either using the form on the website or by sending YES to using your mobile.
The closing date for entries is midnight 10 November 2009. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this Prize Draw and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified within a reasonable time after the Draw date either by email, mail or telephone. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the New Zealand AIDS Foundation’s discretion.
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Prize.
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
The prize is not transferable.
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Prize Draw the New Zealand AIDS Foundation reserves the right to end or suspend the Prize draw; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of the winner; and/or to allocate a new prize by conducting a simple draw from all eligible entrants.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any New Zealand law or by the final determination of a court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agree to their name and city of residence being made publicly available if they win.
The name of the major winner may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the Get it On Webmaster, , Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141, New Zealand.
Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed only for the purposes of administering and assessing this Prize draw. The New Zealand AIDS Foundation will not exchange information and data regarding entrants and applications with any third party, with the exception of clause 17 and 18 above. The New Zealand AIDS Foundation’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation reserves the right to extend the draw date, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
This promotion is governed by New Zealand law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. The promoter of this Prize draw is the New Zealand AIDS Foundation, , Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141, New Zealand.
