Bear New Zealand in association with Get it On! organised the first ever week of events dedicated to bears, cubs and their admirers.
Advertised as "eight days of fun and fur", Bear New Zealand Week lived up to the hype with a series of events designed to please every furry man and his friends. Highlights included the URGE Underwear Party, the Mr URGE New Zealand Bear 2010 contest (which could be entered in the Guinness Book of Records for the number of Bears you can squeeze into a small space) and the Tri-Nations Dance Party at 4.20 Bar.
